The easy to use keypad with a seven program microprocessor lets you easily tailor the 109PC's operation to meet your requirements. Your productivity and profits are increased. More versatile than other competitive machines, capable of cutting any thickness from 1/16" (1.5mm) - 30" (762mm).
The entire machine can be hosed down for cleaning without disassembly. Your operators spend a minimum of time cleaning which frees them for more productive tasks. Higher productivity means higher profits. The 10" (254mm) W by 9" (228mm) H chamber and 30" (76mm) maximum product length allows you to cut virtually any size sub-prima or processed meat. This versatility translates into higher productivity and higher profits.
