 Special quantity pricing is in effect for the tray sealing film found on this page. Mix and match any size on this page and you will qualify for the following from your total film order: 
3 rolls = -8%, 
6 rolls = -12%, 
10 rolls = -15%,

Order your heat seal film online! Our shopping cart will price the correct quantity discounts only on one size and type of film. If you order more than one size, we will correct the price before processing. Enter the number of rolls you want of each size then click the "Add to Cart" button near the bottom of the list. You can click on the "Reset Quantity" button to erase the order quantities and start over.

The sizes listed below are the widths needed for our Minipack lidding machine stock impression plates. These films are generally available in 1/2" increments and only take a couple of days to get. FILM TYPES
OV is a biaxially oriented polyester (OPET) film with an amorphous polyester heat seal layer. It is used as a heat sealable lidding film in packaging refrigerated and frozen foods. OV can withstand freezing temperatures down to -40°F, and foods can be heated or cooked in contact with this film at temperatures up to 400°F. The oriented polyester base film will begin to distort in the range of 425-450°F.

OV will provide peelable seals to trays made of amorphous polyester (APET and PETG), semicrystalline polyester (CPET), polyester (PET) coated paperboard, and polyvinylchloride (PVC). OV does not seal to polyethylene (HDPE).

OV films comply with FDA regulations regarding contact with food.

RV is a biaxially oriented polyester (OPET) film with an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) heat seal layer. It is used as a heat sealable lidding film in packaging refrigerated and frozen foods. RV can withstand freezing temperatures down to -40°F, and foods can be heated or cooked in contact with this film at temperatures up to 400°F. The oriented polyester base film will begin to distort in the range of 425-450°F.

RV is designed to seal to trays made of a wide variety of materials including amorphous polyester (APET and PETG), semicrystalline polyester (CPET), polyester (PET) coated paperboard, polyvinylchloride (PVC). polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP)

RV films comply with FDA regulations regarding contact with food.
