Embossed pouches are vacuum pouches with a built in "channel" that allows the air to be pulled out of the bag through the clamp found on external clamp type vacuum machines we sell such as Food Vac, Fast Vac, Mini-2010 & Pro-2300 . They are a 3-1/2 mil nylon-polyethylene standard barrier vacuum pouch that will work well for most fresh and frozen food applications. They are a boilable pouch and will work well with sous vide cooking. These embossed type pouches should also work with other brands of external clamp vacuum machines such as Foodsaver®, MagicVac®, Royal Vac and VacMaster®. This type of channel material is now available in 50 foot long rolls. It comes in 8", 11" and 15" widths. | We now have two types of channel vacuum rolls. The 20' rolls are embossed and are the same material as our bags. The embossed rolls are boilable and ready for sous vide cooking. The 50' rolls have a middle layer of mesh to allow the air passage out of the bag while vacuuming. Both of these type rolls work with most home style vacuum sealers that require a channel type bag to remove the air. Order multiple packages or rolls of one size and receive a quantity discount. Our shopping cart will show the correct price when you order multiple rolls. The last price break is the "case" price. |
