TP-30 From ALINE
Larger picture The ALINE TP-30 pneumatically-operated production Plastic Tube Sealer is adaptable from the smallest to the largest size tubes. All controls are solid state to assure accurate control of seal heat, seal time and cool time. The integral air pressure regulator allows precise control of jaw pressure. Feed-thru design allows removal of the sealed tubes from either end. Two custom-made tube racks are included with your order, along with detailed operating instructions, sealing tips and a spare parts kit. See the production rate chart below for the number of tubes that can be sealed at one time. We will need samples of your tubes on order to make the custom tube racks. Lead-time is approximately 5 days after receipt of tube samples. The TP-30 comes with a spare element kit which includes an element, hot and cold side PTFE Non Stick. TP-30 Pricing
