The ALINE STS-7 Single Tube Sealer is ideal for laboratories, research facilities, R&D and quality control groups.

The unit is economical, safe and very easy to use. Other applications include sealing of small bags, generally medical in nature and minimal production runs.

The STS-7 is a self contained unit with a built in air compressor and solid state heat and cool timers. An adjustable stainless steel shelf with height gauges allow for easy changeover of various height tubes. The STS-7 can be used on all polyethylene, laminated and glaminated tubes. The STS-7 comes with a spare element kit which includes an element, hot and cold side PTFE Non Stick. Normally ships within 5 - 10 business days of order.

The ALINE STS-7D Digital Single Tube Sealer with temperature control is ideal for the more precise sealing needs of the medical and pharmaceutical industries. The digital seal controls allow for precise setting of seal and cool temperatures .

The unit is economical, safe and very easy to use. Other applications include sealing of small bags, generally medical in nature and minimal production runs. The STS-7D and STS-7 can be upgraded to a dual element (two sided seal) for more difficult applications such as toothpaste tubes.

The STS-7D is pneumatically operated and requires an outside air source of 60-80 psi. An adjustable stainless steel shelf with height gauges allow for easy changeover of various height tubes. The STS-7D can be used on all polyethylene, laminated and glaminated tubes. The STS-7 comes with a spare element kit which includes an element, hot and cold side PTFE Non Stick. Normally ships within 2-5 weeks from order.
