L-bar sealers are designed for shrink film packaging, one step cuts and seals film up to 24" wide depending on the model of the sealer. All models are of steel construction for quality and durability. All models are equipped with an electronic timer. Steel constructed film separator/work table and film roller with twin perforating hole punchers & film guide now comes standard with each sealer. Automatic model is equipped with a magnet for automatic release and an adjustable height table for different product heights. Centerfold film operation: Set the timer. Insert the product between the 2 layers of center fold film and press down the sealing bar while pulling the package slightly away from the machine. The element wire will seal the edge and cut off the film. Apply hot air using heat gun to shrink the film tightly around the package. We have center-fold film for these sealers. Use polyolefin for all food related applications! |

AIE-1313L is an economical L-Bar with a 13" vertical x 13" horizontal sealing length. Comes with a film dispenser roller. AIE-1818L has a 18" vertical x 18" horizontal sealing length. AIE-2432L has a 24" vertical x 32" horizontal sealing length. Both the AIE-1818L and the AIE-2432L have the following features: Adjustable film dispenser rack with bearing rollers. Twin perforating hole punchers and film guides. Film separator and work table. |

Heat guns are used to shrink PVC, polypropylene or polyolefin film tightly around an item, producing a form-fitting, tamper-proof package. Equipped with 2 temperature settings from 500 to 1100 degrees F depending on the model of the heat gun. Heat gun warranty is 90 days.
HG-501A is a Master heavy duty industrial quality heat gun. Shrinks faster with a more powerful fan. Lasts longer with a die cast aluminum housing and reinforced mica-insulated ceramic heating element. UL listed. It has a built in stand that keeps the heat gun in a safe, upright position on any flat, level surface for continuous use. This keeps both hands free for quicker shrink packaging. The 2 temperature settings are 500 and 750 degrees F. Air spreader for broad heating can be attached, not included. |
