AVN Series Vacuum Sealers are Clean Room compatible! The 1/4" wide seal will give you consistent leak proof seals on all popular moisture barrier bag materials. The retractable stainless steel nozzle or snorkel maintains high suction flow and retracts smoothly for sealing. All AVN Sealers include gas flush which can be turned off for vacuum & seal only or seal only. The low noise, non particle-generating compressed air driven vacuum pump is maintenance free. Sealers require a 6 CFM @ 90psi air compressor (not included except with "C" models). Stainless Steel versions available. Spare parts, fittings, air and gas tubing is included. Video available! 10mm Element Upgrade Standard seal is 1/4" (6.35mm). The 10mm seal is just over 3/8" wide.

Dual Nozzle Upgrade Goes from one nozzle to two PLUS adds a second vacuum pump for either quicker vacuuming of single bag or the possibility of doing one bag on each nozzle.

Additional Vacuum or Gas Cycle Normal operation is GAS-VACUUM which can be factory changed at order to VACUUM-GAS (or order machine with switch to change order from panel.) This option can make your machine VACUUM-GAS-VACUUM or GAS-VACUUM-GAS to further lower the oxygen or moisture level. Any timer that is set to 0 is skipped.

Vacuum Regulator Lets operator regulate the vacuum level that is achieved if you have a fragile, soft or sharp product that need less than full vacuum. Once set, the machine will not go over that pressure.
