| Lidding machines or tray sealers are used to seal a plastic film to the top of a tray. The seal is capable of containing liquid within the tray. | The EHQ-200 is an excellent entry level automatic tray sealing machine. You simply place the filled tray into the bottom plate, it is taken into the machine, film applied and sealed to the top of the tray, the tray comes out and is pushed up for easy removal. The film is die-cut (trimmed) around the tray for a quality looking package. The normal cycle time is about 5 seconds. The EQ-200 is 110 volts, 50 or 60 hz. and does not require external air.
