A simple turn of the handle located on the side of the machine is all that is needed to apply a pressure sensitive label evenly and consistently to almost any round or cylindrical product. The model SH430 has adjustable placement fixtures which ensure proper and consistent label placement each time. Easy to load and use, the SH430 can label between 25 – 30 containers per minute. This unit also has an indicator letting the operator know when the label has been completely applied, small compact bench top design, reliable operation and an economical cost are all advantages of this machine.

The Tach-It LB-2 Semi-Automatic Bottle and Cylindrical product labeler is designed to meet the needs of growing companies, lower volume users, specialty packers or as a backup for fully automated equipment. Easy to use for any round bottle or container ranging from 1/2” to 4” in diameter, the LB-2 has built in product fixtures for consistent placement, automatic overhead pressure arm and can apply a front label or a front and back label (with alternating labels on the web), is built for 24/7 productivity, has a powered rewind for the waste and can be equipped with an optional hot stamp or thermal printer for variable information. The Tach-It LB-2 is designed to handle label rolls up to 12” in diameter on a 3” core and no special operator training is required as setup and controls are easy to use and understand. Unlike many other bottle labelers in the industry, the Tach-It LB-2 does not require air, has a small bench top design for use anywhere, requires no tools for label changeover and has high friction non-slip silicone rollers for positive feed of the labels and rotation of the product. To use the Tach-It LB-2 simply place the product into the adjustable cradle assembly and step on the foot pedal. The automatic overhead pressure arm will come down holding the container in place and the container will rotate and either 1 or 2 labels will be quickly applied. The machine is now ready for the next cycle. Note: All labels used on the LB-2 must be die-cut and have a minimum 1/8” (3mm) gap between labels.

Realizing a need in the market for a machine between a semi-automatic label dispenser and a full inline labeling system, Tach-It created a table top unit that will feed product on a conveyor through a wipe on label applicator and apply a label precisely on the desired location each time. The Mini-Con requires no special operator training or tools for label or product changeovers, has a touch sensitive display screen where all settings are made and viewed, uses only non-contact sensors for product and labels, can apply 1 label or 1 and 2 labels (must be alternating on the web), has a product and target counter, a 10” wide high friction conveyor making it perfect for most applications, extra large roll capacity and the reliability of stepper motors for consistent label placement. To use an operator simply puts the items to be labeled at one end of the conveyor and it travels under the label head where the label is applied and exits at the other end of the conveyor. If you have a pre-existing conveyor, the Tach-It Mini-Con can be purchased with an adjustable height stand on casters that can be rolled right to and set up above your existing conveyor.
