Double Impulse Sealers - 9" to 24" Lengths

Double impulse sealers utilize top and bottom sealing elements for heavy duty applications. Great for sealing thick material and gusseted bags that are over 10 mil and up to 20 mil on each side. Double impulse sealers are available in foot models, table models and automatic sealers and come with up to 10mm wide seals. All of our sealers come with a manufacturer's spare part kit. FOOT MODEL DOUBLE IMPULSE SEALERS

	W-Series Models 12", 18" & 24" Lengths W-Series are ivory in color and are available in 12", 18" & 24" lengths with a 5mm wide seal. They can seal materials up to 20 mil total thickness. The W-Series sealers are equipped with single/double selector switch which allows the user to use both top and bottom elements for thicker items or just one element for longer element life. Sealers and stand are constructed from steel and come with an adjustable work plate. Included is a manufacture's parts kit consisting of 2 elements.	AIE Models 12", 18" & 24" Lengths The AIE double impulse sealers utilize top and bottom sealing elements for heavy duty applications. Great for sealing thick material and gusseted bags that are over 10 mil and up to 20 mil on each side. That's a total thickness of 40 mil!!! They are available in 12", 18" & 24" lengths with a 5mm or 10mm wide seal. These are steel units and come complete with adjustable work table and stand. The height from the floor to the seal is 31-1/2". Options that are available include hot stamp printer for printing date, time, codes, etc., heavy duty work tables, height extender (floor to seal height 40-1/2"), adjustable angle and extended foot pedal. Included is a manufacture's parts kit consisting of 2 elements.

	W-2510HT Model 10" Length - 10mm Wide Seal W-2510HT is a 10", 10mm wide seal, hand-operated, double impulse sealer. It is easy and effortless to operate because of a cam operation. Can seal with both elements or just one. Materials suitable for single sealing: PE, PP, OPP, PVC, PO and other thinner plastic material. Materials suitable for double sealing: ALUM, FOIL, KOP and other thicker materials. An imprinter can be installed to this sealer. Manufacturer's parts kit includes 2 heating elements.	AIE Models 12" Length - 5mm or 10mm Wide Seal The AIE manual double impulse sealers utilize top and bottom sealing elements for heavy duty applications that require more heat than a regular hand sealer can give. Great for sealing thick material and gusseted bags that are over 10 mil and up to 20 mil on each side. That's a total thickness of 40 mil!!! They are available in 12" length with a 5mm or 10mm wide seal. These have a strong cast aluminum housing. Included is a manufacture's parts kit consisting of 2 elements.

DOUBLE IMPULSE VERTICAL AUTOMATIC SEALER
Conveyor Not Included	Our double impulse vertical foot sealer is designed for applications that require double sided, heavy duty vertical sealing such as the packaging of powders and liquids as well as very heavy bags that are difficult to lift. Seal material up to 20 mil thick (combined thickness up to 40 mil!) Height from floor to sealing jaws is 42". These units are electric foot pedal controlled and operate automatically. They can be combined with a conveyor for filling. Comes with an extra long stand for added flexibility. Also available with a direct constant heat sealer.
