PORTABLE SEALERS OF ALL TYPES Designed for those hard to seal applications where you need to take the sealer to the work. Available in impulse sealers for normal poly applications and direct or constant heat for hard to seal bags like cellophane. The hand wheel sealers are great for irregular shaped seals in any length. There are two types of clam shell sealers and a heat wand for other irregular shaped projects. We also have bag sealers for taping closed bags for produce, parts, magazines, newspapers, etc. |

8" and 12" Direct Heat Models KF-200CS and KF-300CS portable heat sealers with longer sealing lengths at 8" and 12". Constructed of durable metal with insulated handle grips, these sealers is ideal for sealing cellophane, coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, and other thicker materials. We recommend this sealer for your customer who needs the additional length in their sealer. Tightly seal poly bags in one quick motion. This is a simple, economical way to close poly bags with vinyl packaging tape. Capable of sealing 2,000 bags per hour and uses only 2" of tape per seal. All steel construction with a sturdy base. Can be mounted on work surface. Standard sealers have a 3/8" wide throat and are equipped with a bag cutter. Heavy duty sealer has a 5/8" wide throat. Easy to use. Just twist the mouth of poly poly bag and slide through slot with a downward motion. Tape wraps around the bag neck instantly and the tape is trimmed automatically. Requires no assembly or maintenance. Simply place tape on the 3" core wheel and it's ready for use. 3/8" x 180 yards durable polyvinyl chloride pressure sensitive tape is used with these sealers. Available in four colors. We also have a twist tie machine to tightly wrap a plastic coated wire around the open end of a plastic bag. |
