Ideal for high volume poly bag and other thermoplastic sealing. Capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute, keeping both hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 35" wide, and 20 mil total thickness can be sealed. The seal width ranges from 2mm to 10mm. The plug-in timer controls the sealing time need for different materials, beeping or flashing a light when seal is done. Foot-operated sealers are easy to operate. Just set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, press down the foot pedal and release after timer goes off. To enhance the quality and appearance of the seal, hold the pedal down for an extra second after the timer goes off. All of our sealers come with a manufacturer's spare part kit listed below. See the pictures below for a variety of different foot sealers we carry. We have double impulse sealers available for sealing thicker materials. Upper jaw foot sealers have the heating element on the upper jaw...great for sealing liquids or products with high moisture content. Foot sealers with cutters are good for sealing roll dispensed material. Seal and Cut foot sealers allow the bag to be sealed and the excess bag length removed. Adjustable angle foot sealers come with an adjustable head angle, the heavy duty work table and the extended foot pedal...great for sealing packages that contain loose items like powders, grains and liquids. Pneumatic foot sealers are easy to use air operated sealers. We also have imprinters that can be attached to our foot sealers for quick & easy hot stamp printing of dates, SKU numbers, lot numbers, price, etc. on most materials that can be sealed. Most of our foot sealers can be enhanced with a variety of options.

FOOT IMPULSE SEALERS
AIE Models 12", 18", 24" & 32" Lengths The AIE line of heavy duty impulse foot sealers come with a 2mm, 5mm or 10mm wide seal (10mm not available on 32" models). Some models are UL listed. Options that are available include hot stamp printer for printing date, time, codes, etc., heavy duty work tables, height extender, adjustable angle and extended foot pedal. This line is available with pneumatic operation for simplified operation. Blue in color. Included is a manufacture's parts kit consisting of 2 elements.	TISF Models 12", 18" & 24" Lengths The TISF series comes in light blue with a 2mm or 5mm wide seal. Holes are pre-drilled for an IT-863 printer attachment. Comes with a 26" pedestal, a 2" base, an adjustable worktable and an adjustable foot control. Optional 36" pedestal for standing operator is available. Manufacturer's replacement kit includes 2 elements and 1 fuse.	FS Models 14", 18" & 26" Lengths The FS series are light blue and have an 8mm wide seal. Will seal materials up to a total thickness of 20 mils. Comes with a 26" pedestal, a 2" base, an adjustable worktable and an adjustable foot control. Included is a manufacture's parts kit consisting of 2 elements, a PTFE Non Stick sheet & tools.	WN Models 30" & 35" Lengths The WN series comes in ivory and is available in 30" and 35" lengths with a 2.7mm wide seal. Sealer comes with a 26" rectangular steel frame stand. AIE Upper Jaw Models 12", 18", & 24" Lengths These AIE upper jaw impulse foot sealers come with a 2mm, 5mm or 10mm wide seal. The sealing element on the upper jaw and the silicone rubber on the lower jaw of these units to help to protect the element from moisture and contamination when sealing powders and wet products. Ideal for packing foods. Options that are available include heavy duty work tables, height extender, adjustable angle, pneumatic operation and extended foot pedal. Blue in color. Included is a manufacture's parts kit consisting of 2 elements.	AIE Seal & Cut Models 12", 18" & 24" Lengths The AIE-FDC models come with a 2mm wide seal AND a round cutting wire. This combination will give you a secure seal AND allow the excess material above the seal to be removed. See the options list for options that can go with this unique foot sealer. Manufacturer's replacement kit includes 2 elements.	AIE Pneumatic Foot Sealers 12", 18", 24" & 32" Lengths Pneumatically operated foot impulse sealers available in 2mm, 5mm or 10mm wide seal. The new pneumatic foot impulse sealers are unique because the actual sealing pressure is strong, consistent and controllable. Helpful in sealing applications where time and pressure need to be regulated. These unique sealers are quieter than most automatic sealers. Comes with a foot switch for operation. Air usage is 4.0 CFM @ 80 PSI. Included is a manufacture's parts kit consisting of 2 elements.	AIE Adjustable Angle Models 12", 18", & 24" Lengths The adjustable angle foot impulse sealers are available in 2mm, 5mm or 10mm wide seal. They come standard with an adjustable head angle. This allows the user to bring the sealing jaws closer to the product by tilting the head down. It minimizes the need to constantly lift the product to the sealing jaws, reducing production time and user fatigue. Included are an extended foot pedal and the large heavy duty work table. This work table is adjustable and can support up to 45 pounds with ease. The head angle is adjustable up to a 45-degree downward tilt. These sealers are ideal for sealing packages that may contain loose items like powders, grains, liquids, etc.

FOOT IMPULSE SEALERS WITH CUTTERS
	AIE Models 12", 18" & 24" Lengths The AIE series foot sealers with cutter are available in 2mm or 5mm wide seals and have an obstruction free throat allowing the use of roll dispensed material to pack and seal. Can be adjusted to a 30 degree angle making it perfect for sealing liquids, powders, etc. Equipped with a sliding blade for cutting. Manufacturer's replacement kit includes 2 elements.	YC Models 18" & 24" Lengths YC Series comes with a sliding cutter and a U-shaped sealing bar. An ideal sealer for poly tubings. Available in 18" and 24" with a cutting length of 15" and 21" respectively. The seal width is 3mm. It has a rectangular steel frame stand.
