| Hot stamp or direct heat imprinters are available attached to a variety of sealers or as free standing units. They are quick and easy use and will print on poly bags, aluminum foil, paper and all varieties of plastic film. A direct heat imprinter is used to print date, code or other information on any poly bag, poly case, paper bag, aluminum or other material. It is easy to use and provides a distinct, clear print. They are equipped with an adjustable thermostat to control the imprinting temperature. Easy to dry and non-sticking. Convenient to change type set. Several colors of ribbon or ink-roller are available: red, yellow, blue, white, black and green. The 25mm wide color ribbon is used for all imprinters except for the automatic MY-380F, which uses an ink roller. The characters are 3-4 mm x 1.5-2 mm in sizes. Usually 8-11 characters can be printed per line using a 25 mm size ribbon. An A-Z letter set is available for $52.00; a 0-9 number set is $20.00. Individual letters or numbers are available at $3.00 each so it may be better to just get the letters of any words you want to spell out. The IT-86A3 is a table top model equipped with a hand activation bar on the right side. Capable of 3 lines imprinting; each line can hold 9 characters. Comes with number set 0-9 (3 each number) and 2 pieces of MFG, EXP and LOT. Uses 25mm ribbon. Working temperature is 250-300°C or 480-570°F. The IT-863 can be mounted on any foot-operated sealer. Imprinting coincides with the lowering of the upper jaw. Sealing and printing is done in one single operation. Other info is the same as the IT-86A3 above. The HP-280 is a semiautomatic, table-top imprinter using ribbon. Equipped with automatic eye sensor and electric foot pedal. In the automatic mode, the timing or speed can be set with a control knob. The printing speed is from 20-70 imprints per minute. In the foot-controlled mode, the imprinting is controlled by using the foot pedal switch. Ribbon up to a maximum width of 35mm can be used. Equipped with vertical and horizontal guides. Pressure of imprinting can be adjusted easily. It has 3 lines of imprinting that can each hold 11 letters or numbers. The MY-280 is an automatic dry-ink roller coding machine. Its length way printing position is controlled by an electronic device and can be adjusted easily. Ideal for printing any object ranging in size from 2" to 19" long and 1" to 11" wide. The maximum speed of imprinting is 300 pieces per minute. The maximum printing size is 60mm x 250mm, this can accommodate 5 lines of 10 characters each. |
