O2 (Oxygen), CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) and CO (Carbon Monoxide) Model 900132 case ready meat package gas analyzer. This is a user configurable case-ready meat analyzer designed specifically for use in Lo-Ox and/or Hi-Ox MAP processes. This product provides a practical way to bring QA Lab gas measurement accuracy of these complex gas mixtures directly to the packaging floor for real-time end of process gas measurement. For the CO enriched Lo-Ox process, it measures CO, CO2, and residual O2 down to 0.001% (10 ppm). It also has automatic O2/CO2 range switching to accommodate the high gas levels of the conventional 80/20 Hi-Ox case-ready meat process. Both CO and CO2 are measured with stable and durable infrared technology and Oxygen is measured by a unique EC sensor that provides exceptional residual oxygen accuracy in the presence of complex gas mixtures. This product established the industry standard and is used by all the major Lo-Ox case-ready meat packagers. Its ability to be easily configured (by changing the O2 sensor) for Hi-Ox case-ready meat packaging gives the user maximum flexibility in plants where both packaging processes exist. We do need to know which process you are using to enable us to ship the unit with the correct oxygen sensor installed. The 900132 comes with the 16 hour extended battery pack for two shift operation. |

Product Features Rugged and Durable: The analyzer is enclosed in a small NEMA-4 housing inserted in a soft-filled carrying/storage case. It is designed to provide years of trouble-free service in end-of-line use. Cordless and Mobile: It has a large battery pack that provides 16 hours of cordless operation – allowing the analyzer to be used for a full 2-shift operation and then simply charged overnight. Simple and Intuitive: The analyzer is easy to operate with a minimum of training. All analyzer controls are by means of push buttons on the front panel, and gas readings are shown on bright LED readouts as they are taken. Oxygen Selective: The oxygen measurement method used in this analyzer is non-destructive and insensitive to the other gases in the headspace gas mix – particularly CO. Other analyzers cannot accurately measure O2 in the presence of CO or CO2. The 900132 analyzer uses a different EC Oxygen Sensor for Lo-Ox or Hi-Ox – and is configured by the user (by changing the oxygen sensor) for the specific process gas being measured. Low Cost of Ownership: The analyzer uses intrinsically stable gas measurement technology and does not need to be returned to the factory for periodic service or calibration. |
