O2 (Oxygen) Analyzer Model 900041, CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) Analyzer Model 900051 and O2/CO2 Analyzer Model 900141. The 900041 measures O2 only, 900051 measures CO2 only and the 900141 measures both O2 and CO2. These products are simple, robust industrial gas analyzers designed specifically for MAP packaging use. They combine QA lab gas analysis accuracy with production line reliability, for direct end-of-line headspace gas measurement for QA conformation testing. This is the fourth generation of a product that has been in continuous production for 10 years, with hundreds of analyzers currently being used in packaging plants around the world – measuring Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide in a wide variety of products. O2 is measured from 0.001% (10 ppm) residual oxygen for air-displacement processes up to 100% for oxygen enriched MAP. CO2 is measured from 0.01% to 100% for those using CO2 in their process gas and for product respiration / ripening testing. These analyzers are fully digital, rugged products that are intuitive and easy to use. With a single button push, O2 and CO2 are measured and displayed in 12 seconds using robust technology that holds calibration over years of use. |

Product Features Rugged and Durable: The analyzer is enclosed in a small NEMA-4 housing inserted in a soft-filled carrying/storage case. It is designed to provide years of trouble-free service in end-of-line use. Cordless and Mobile: The products have a large battery pack that provides 6-8 hours of cordless operation for exceptional mobility and flexibility on the process line. They also may be configured with an optional extended battery pack for 2-shift (16 hours) cordless operation. Simple and Intuitive: The analyzer is easy to operate with a minimum of training. All analyzer controls are by means of push buttons on the front panel, and gas readings are shown on bright LED readouts as they are taken. Low Cost of Ownership: The analyzer uses intrinsically stable gas measurement technology and does not need to be returned to the factory for periodic service or calibration. |
