The Galaxy One-Step Shrink Wrap Machine and Options

The different ways the Galaxy can be configured are pictured here. The first group designated the Basic Galaxy is for use with shrink bags only. The Basic machines do not have the ability to use shrink film. The second group all have the film support and product entry tray for using centerfold shrink film. Shrink Bags: Easy to use, simply place your product into the bag, put as many bags as will fit across sealing area, close lid and machine finishes sealing end of bag and shrinking down on product. Use polyolefin bags for food items. PVC bags can be used for non-food items. Shrink Film: Still easy to use. The machine simply makes a bag from centerfold shrink film then shrinks it the same as above. Easier to use if packing a number of different size items. Slide item into film on entry tray and then over to shrinking area, close lid and Galaxy seals around film and shrinks down on product. One item at a time is produced. The maximum film width that can be used is 21". Like shrink bags, centerfold shrink film comes in food safe Polyolefin and PVC.

Galaxy Shrink Bag Systems For use with PVC or Polyolefin shrink bags. Depending on the size of the bags, you can do more than one at one time.       Basic Machine Only Counter-top shrink bag machine.  Sealing Area: 17.5" x 14" x 8"H Power = 115 Volt/60/1 phase, 18 Amp, 2900 Watts Wraps/minute: Up to 7 items       Basic System 1 Basic shrink bag machine with cart and four casters for ease of movement.        Basic System 2 Basic shrink bag machine with cart and four casters for ease of movement plus a poly shelf added to base of cart.

Galaxy Shrink Film Systems Using film instead of bags gives lets you do more sizes and still only stock one or possibly two sizes of shrink film.       Galaxy System 3 This is the standard Galaxy for use with shrink film.  It comes with the film support and product entry tray on the right side as well as being on the mobile cart.       Galaxy System 4 This option for the standard Galaxy adds the poly tray.  It comes with the film support and product entry tray on the right side as well as being on the mobile cart with a poly shelf.       Galaxy System 5 This option for the standard Galaxy includes the cart and four casters for ease of movement plus the film waste winder added to base of cart. The waste winder collects the excess film that is cut off the roll so that it doesn't end up on the floor.

Other Options       Additional Shaft & Core For using more than one size roll of film. Place additional shaft and core into other size rolls of film for easier film size changes.
