Auto and foot-operated constant heat or direct heat sealers will seal all types of thermoplastic packaging material. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 16" wide and 20 mil thick can be sealed. The meshed seal width is usually 15mm. Ideal for coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, gusseted bags and other thick materials. Equipped with a thermostat or an electronic thermo-controller that accurately controls the temperature from 30-550 degrees F (0-300 degrees C). Both jaws are heated simultaneously for better heat penetration to seal thicker materials. You can also seal poly bags such as polyethylene and polypropylene by covering the jaws with PTFE Non Stick tape. Sealers with a horizontal or serrated line seal will produce a seal with straight lines running across the seal, commonly used on bags of candy. Foot sealers come complete with a pedestal, base, adjustable worktable and adjustable foot control. Easy to operate. Once the machine has reached the desired temperature (warmed up), insert the material between the two sealing bars. Press down the foot pedal or foot switch and release. The Automatic sealers can be used in auto mode by setting a recycle time or in manual mode by stepping on the included foot switch. Direct heat or constant heat sealers are also available in Portable Sealers. |

AIE Foot Sealer Models 8", 12", & 16" Lengths These foot sealers have a 15mm wide mesh seal (horizontal line seal available in the 12" model). Each unit is equipped with a temperature controller, a beeper to notify operator to release pedal and PTFE Non Stick coated sealing bars. Options that are available include hot stamp printer for printing date, time, codes, etc., heavy duty work tables, height extender, adjustable angle and extended foot pedal. Also available in upper jaw only with a 3mm sealing bar on the upper jaw only. The heat this sealer produces is very concentrated and is recommended for difficult applications that are not suited for standard style sealers. |
THS Foot Sealer Models 8", 12" & 16" Lengths The THS series have a 15mm wide mesh seal standard and will seal all types of thermoplastic packaging material. Both jaws are heated simultaneously so there is a better heat penetration to seal thicker material. Comes with adjustable work table. The 12" model is available with a serrated line seal for sealing items such as candy bags. All three sizes are available with a PTFE Non Stick coated mesh seal for sealing thick plastic material that would stick to the standard jaws. A height extender is an available option that that is available for these models. |
AIE Auto Sealer Models 8", 12", 16" & 24" Lengths These automatic/manual constant heat sealers have a mesh seal that is about 5/8" wide and heats from both top and bottom. Excellent for sealing poly-cello films, humidity proof cellophane films, polyethylene films, aluminum foil coated bags and gusseted bags. Separate programmable timers for material thickness, congealing and recycle time. Auto mode allows for continuous automatic operation by setting the recycle time. Foot switch is included for manual operation. Serrated (horizontal lines) jaws are available. |
W Auto Sealer Model 12" Length W-300DA is a table-top, auto, and direct heat sealer. It is equipped with an electronic timer to control the sealing time. Once the correct setting has been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. This 12" sealer comes in ivory with a 15mm wide PTFE Non Stick coated meshed jaws and a foot switch. The hot sealing bars are enclosed with heat resistant plastic bar for safer operation. Once the settings of the thermostat and the timer is set, consistent seals can be maintained automatically. Also available with a PTFE Non Stick coated serrated line seal. |
