| The MVS-38 is a vertical aligned chamber machine that is ideal for packing liquids and loose items such as coffee beans. It has one seal bars 16.75" long located at the top of the chamber. It is made from stainless steel and comes with digital controls with 9 programs, adjustable soft air, electronic pressure sensor instead of vacuum timer. The WVT-455T is a no nozzle type vacuum sealer. No nozzle is needed to vacuum the air out of gusseted bags. An external pump is not needed. This is a complete unit ready to work on gusset bags only. Sealer is also equipped with a single and double selector switch so the user has a choice of using one sealing bar or two sealing bars (top and bottom) for greater heat penetration when sealing thicker material. The double seal makes the WVT-455 a perfect choice for vacuuming and sealing gusseted coffee bags. You can use non-gusseted bags if they are a channel bag such as our micro-layered pouch. There are adjustable timers for Sealing, Vacuum and Seal Cooling. OPERATION: Set the vacuum, sealing and cooling time. Insert the bag between the sealing jaws, (multiple bags can be inserted across the seal bar), press down the handle, the machine will start its vacuum-sealing-cooling cycle automatically. |
