DGYF-S500A Cap Sealer
DGYF-S500 Electromagnetic Induction Cap Sealer is a non-contact sealer. When the aluminum foil is heated by the induction coil, the heat is then transferred to the heat seal film, which quickly reaches the melting point and becomes an adhesive to bond the cap foil and the bottle. This provides a tamper proof package. This process is applicable to the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries plus anyone else who needs to apply a tamper proof seal to a glass or plastic bottle. It will work with non-metal containers such as plastic or glass bottles. The plastics that will work with the DGYF-S500 are ABS, PE (HDPE, LDPE), PET, PP, PS OR PVC. Very easy to operate: put the inductive head on top of the cap and press the button to start the induction process. The sealing time may be adjusted to fit the requirement of your bottles. This sealer is small and portable. Features an automatic safety shut off for over-current and over temperature situations. Two sizes are currently available: DGYF-S500A for caps .8" - 3.9" and DGYF-S500C for caps 2.4" - 5.1" (S500C larger unit is special order and is priced a little more than the S500A).
