The band sealers on this page are designed for sealing quickly and economically. Most of these units are available in horizontal and vertical feed models. There are units that feed from right to left as well as others that feed from left to right. We also have more economical band sealers and large, heavy duty units. Band sealers are easy to operate: Turn on the power & fan and set the temperature on the temperature controller. When the preset temperature has been reached, place the bag at the positioning plate bag guide and guide it into the sealing rollers. The sealing bands carry the bag through the unit to seal the bag. Sealed bag is released at end of sealer. No pushing or pulling is required. |

| This versatile portable horizontal band sealer is virtually the same machine as the B7202 shown on another page but is one quarter the size. It is ideal for projects which require higher production rates and minimal space and costs. Capable of sealing headers and bags simultaneously, conveyor speed 0~50 ft. per minute, seals material thickness up to 20 mil, 1/2" wide seal and unlimited length. You can adjust the position of the seal, the height, depth, and angle of the conveyor and also emboss alpha numeric information on seal as an option. The AIE-B6201 runs from left to right and comes equipped with speed temperature controls, cooling fan and repair kit. The AIE-B6202 has the same specs but seals with bags standing in a vertical position. An adjustable embossing wheel for embossing (printing) dates and/or codes into the seal and the type set for it are optional for both these band sealers. | |

The FRM-1120C tilt head band sealer is suitable for sealing all kinds of plastic materials and bags. They work well in a wide array of fields such as food, medical, cosmetics, etc. The tilting seal head makes this sealer suitable for any products including liquids. Comes with spare parts kit that includes a PC board, 20 sealing belts, 4 wheel belts, element, dry ink roller, dry ink roller stop, silica gel pressing ring, silicone pin, o-rings, rubber wheel, tools and type set (MFG, EXP, 0-9).
