Seal bags, pouches, etc. with greater speed and output!
These lower cost band sealers are designed for sealing smaller items quickly and economically. Most of these units are available in horizontal and vertical feed models. There are units that feed from right to left as well as others that feed from left to right. We also have larger band sealers and large, heavy duty units.
Band sealers are easy to operate: Turn on the power & fan and set the temperature on the temperature controller. When the preset temperature has been reached, place the bag at the positioning plate bag guide and guide it into the sealing rollers. The sealing bands carry the bag through the unit to seal the bag. Sealed bag is released at end of sealer. No pushing or pulling is required.

The CBS-880 is suitable for sealing all kinds of plastic materials and bags. It works well in a wide array of fields such as food, medical, cosmetics, etc. Comes with spare parts kit that includes a PC board, 20 sealing belts, 4 wheel belt, tools and embossing set. The embossing set consists of 1 printing wheel, "EXP", "MFG", and numbers 0-9. The machine size with conveyor is 39" x 17" 13"

The HL-M810 models are suitable for sealing all kinds of plastic materials and bags. They work well in a wide array of fields such as food, medical, cosmetics, etc. Comes with spare parts kit that includes a PC board, 20 sealing belts, 4 wheel belts, tools and embossing set. The machine size with conveyor is 37" x 16" x 14". We now have an optional stainless steel stand on 4 casters available for these band sealers. The stand works with both the horizontal and vertical models and is pre-drilled for easy assembly. Stand height is adjustable from 21.5" to 27".
