Seal bags, pouches, etc. with greater speed and output!
Continuous band sealers are ideal for sealing plastic bags of virtually any size and length. The built in adjustable speed conveyor belt carries the loaded bag through the sealer. Our band sealers are available in two configurations: horizontal and vertical. The bags lay flat on the conveyor with the horizontal models. With vertical band sealers bags are sealed in a "standing position" which is ideal for packaging bags containing spillable items such as powders, liquids, grains, etc. These sealers consist of a frame, on/off switch, speed regulator, cooling fan, electronic temperature controller, drive & adjustable conveyor and sealing & optional embossing printing wheel. The PTFE Non Stick sealing bands, drive belts and conveyor belt are controlled by one motor. When the on/off switch is turned on, the temperature controller begins heating the sealing blocks. The temperature setting and the speed setting will depend on the type and thickness of material being sealed. The bag will pass through the sealing blocks, cooling blocks and embossing wheel before being dropped out the end sealed. Continuous band sealers are available with right to left or left to right operation. All of our band sealers ship by truck. Band sealers are easy to operate: Turn on the power & fan and set the temperature on the temperature controller. When the preset temperature has been reached, place the bag at the positioning plate bag guide. The sealing bands carry the bag through the unit to seal the bag. Sealed bag is released at end of sealer. No pushing or pulling is required. |

It is equipped with a temperature control to adjust the heat to seal bags of various thickness. Equipped with a hot stamp imprinter allowing the user to record dates and codes with each seal. Package direction is left to right. Included is a tool box containing spare bands, heater tubes and complete set of type. Conveyor and head can be raised or lowered and tilted to accommodate most projects. Smooth rolling and locking wheels. |

| This versatile portable horizontal band sealer is virtually the same machine as the B7202 listed above but is one quarter the size. It is ideal for projects which require higher production rates and minimal space and costs. Capable of sealing headers and bags simultaneously, Conveyor speed 0~50 ft. per minute, seals material thickness up to 20 mil, 1/2" wide seal and unlimited length. You can adjust the position of the seal, the height, depth, and angle of the conveyor and also emboss alpha numeric information on seal as an option. The AIE-B6201 runs from left to right and comes equipped with speed temperature controls, cooling fan and repair kit. The AIE-B6202 has the same specs but seals with bags standing in a vertical position. An adjustable embossing wheel for embossing (printing) dates and/or codes into the seal and the type set for it are optional for both these band sealers. | |

| AIE is proud to offer a quality, value priced stainless steel table top band sealer. This machine comes set up in either a horizontal configuration or vertical configuration and features a built in conveyor. Sealing temperature is controlled with a solid state temperature controller 0 - 572 deg. F and seal cooling is accomplished with a forced air fan. Runs from right to left at up to 40 ft. per minute and makes a 5/16" wide seal. The unit is for sealing bags only. Cannot do headers. Designed for sealing plastic bags or thermoplastic materials of any length up to 20 mil in thickness. Very similar in operation to the unit above except feeding is from the left side and it is also equipped with a hot ink coding imprinter. The HL-M810 is a larger, more heavy duty unit than the FR-580.
Easy to operate: Turn on the power, fan and set the temperature on the temperature controller. When the preset temperature has been reached, place the bag at the positioning plate bag guide on left side of unit. The sealing bands carry the bag through the unit to seal the bag. Sealed bag is released at end of sealer. No pushing or pulling is required.
