The SealMatic Digit 56T-SS is a stainless steel, fully automatic, high speed L-bar sealer without a shrink tunnel. Add the Tunnel 50SS to shrink. The Digit 56T-SS is a stainless steel wrapping machine ideally suited to the food industry. Reliability, speed and stoutness are built into the Digit 56T-SS. Easy to operate, only two adjustments are needed to change package size (length is set automatically!) The Digit 56T-SS features adjustable belt speed; programmable function to pack single packages or products in groups; double photo cell for horizontal and vertical package detection; film waste winding device with safety micro switch and audible signal; PLC raises seal area for packages higher than 4"; sealing bars equipped with PTFE& non stick-coated blades; 10 selectable programs on digital panel; panel displays five languages; sealing bar height is adjustable; power feed of film; electronic counters.
